The fight against lack of sleep is a practice that dates back several years ago. Insomnia is indeed a plague ravaging more and more people in our modern society.   •  Use natural products such as essential oils 
  • Always sleep in a quiet room away from the noise and din of any kind


To sleep well, it is essential that you first learn to discover how many hours of sleep your body needs.
After that, you have to fight the causes of your insomnia that are, in most cases, related to stress.
Do not take insomnia lightly and you can also try some natural sleep medication (herbal) or some relaxation exercises to help you get to sleep quickly.
