In the preceding section Fruit diet, I debunked some misconceptions in regard to fruit and weight loss. Indeed, no fruit can make us lose weight but cons, they include very well to a healthy diet when you want to lose weight. Finally, I demonstrated why fruit cures could make us lose weight. We can clean the organism and artificially these schemes are so full of calories they cause a loss of water and melting of muscle mass instead of fat.

To lose weight, just eat well and regular physical activity. For starters, good eating habits are the key.

INCREASE YOUR FRUIT CONSUMPTION FOR LOSING WEIGHT

To lose weight, try to eat at least 5-10 fruits and vegetables a day including 3 fruits. Three fruit is GREAT but two is LOW.

Prefer FRUIT JUICE FRUIT

Fruit juices have often been processed. The skin of the fruit removed, it does not contain fiber and less vitamins and minerals than whole fruit.

WHEN TO EAT YOUR FRUITS

Preferably in the morning. Eat one for breakfast, one or two snacks (am or pm) and another dessert (ex. Canned fruits) or in the evening to replace crisps and chocolate. Bananas are very sweet then eat them for breakfast ideally.

HOW TO CHOOSE FRUIT

The variety of colors of fruits is the key to
lose weight. Each different color has a different variety of photochemical. So go ahead, put color on your plate !: Ex. Broccoli, yellow peppers, onions, etc.

In addition, the variety of colors will not only benefit you, it will make it more attractive and appetizing meal!

You will say: but why would I do that ??

If the food is fresh and appealing, it tastes good, you will be more likely to appreciate and thus to eat again and again.

Losing weight will make it more enjoyable ...

BUILD YOUR RAINBOW SKY

We have all heard about the antioxidant benefits. To lose weight and have in abundance, focus on blueberries and plums for example. You can literally eat a rainbow sky each day. How?
You just have to think about the colors that make up the rainbow sky and pick a fruit that corresponds to each color: red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple.

At the grocery store, buy at least 5 different varieties of fruits: whether fresh, frozen or canned, all methods are good to include!

Every day, eat three fruits in varying colors and flavors. So you will not get tired of the redundancy to still eat the same fruits every day and you will lose weight more easily!

I give you choices:

Red apples, cherries
Orange: Oranges, nectarines
Yellow: bananas, pineapples, pears
Green: green grapes, green apples
Blue: Blueberries
Purple: Plums
